When you sign-up for a mailbox with Headwall Hosting, we will supply your login details to you via a secure channel such as WhatsApp.
You can access your Headwall Email mailbox using any of the following email settings:
- Headwall web mail
- Any regular email application on your computer, like Thunderbird, Microsoft Outlook or Apple Mail.
These all connect using secure industry-standard SMTP and IMAP connections. - Gmail app for Android or iOS.
Headwall web mail
This is the easiest and most portable way to access your emails.
Make sure that you’ve got your user name and password that will have been supplied to you by Headwall Hosting over a secure channel.
Go to https://headwall.email/ and sign in.
Using an email application (IMAP & SMTP)
Most email clients will be able to figure out what settings you need from the following information:
